Amy L. Bernstein is the author, most recently, of Wrangling the Doubt Monster: Fighting Fears, Finding Inspiration, shortlisted for the Eric Hoffer Grand Prize and a BookFest gold medal winner for self-help and inspiration. Amy’s mystery-thriller, The Potrero Complex, was a 2020 Petrichor Prize Finalist and her paranormal mystery, The Nighthawkers earned a silver medal from BookFest in 2022. Her new novel, Seed, will be published by Running Wild Publishing in 2027. In addition to these and other books, Amy has been a journalist working in print and public radio; an executive speechwriter in the Obama Administration; and a playwright with work produced and anthologized in the U.S. and UK. As a professional book coach, Amy’s consultancy, Wordfirst, helps nonfiction subject-matter experts and memoirists on several continents find their best path to publishing.
