With one leg in education and the other in the creative world, Angela divides her time around her passion (1) advocating for more diversity in publishing, (2) consulting with different organizations/schools, and (3) running Sunday Dinner Publishing, an indie publishing company she co-founded with three educators/friends, and (4) hosting the podcast First Generation Problems, a podcast about being a first generation college graduate. Angela currently lives in Southern California with her husband and dog (Blue).
