Stories of a Harlem Resident

The poetry book is an eye-opening collection of poems detailing my childhood experiences in Harlem. witnessing police brutality, poverty, crime, and homelessness on a daily basis, the odds of survival are minimal. However, I overcame those odds to become a college graduate, an award-winning writer, an award-winning poet, a published author, and a Harlem record 15-time scholarship winner.
