Conversions of a Colored Girl

Spoken word artist Briana Minor wrote this collection of poetry based on life-changing events she experienced. Growing up in an urban community that glorified negative reinforcement, poetry has always been her liberation. Through this collection, Briana unravels her deepest traumas. Her mission is that these words provide healing and hope to every colored girl who has ever felt hurt, humiliated, or unheard.
