Kim Gottlieb-Walker

Kim Gottlieb-Walker’s incredibly varied photographic career has covered everything from classic rock and roll, reggae and politics in the 60’s and 70’s to working on major motion pictures and television shows. She was the elected representatives for still photographers on the National Executive Board of IATSE Local 600, the International Cinematographers Guild for thirty years. She has had solo gallery shows in London, New York and Los Angeles.

Her coffee-table photo books “Bob Marley and the Golden Age of Reggae” and “On Set with John Carpenter” were published by Titan Books/Random House. Her as yet unpublished novels are “Lenswoman” (her early career in the 1960s and ‘70s reimagined as a romance, winner of the Georgia Romance Writers’ MAGGIE Award for best mainstream novel with a strong romance) and “Caterina by Moonlight” (a sweeping romantic historical set in Florence in the late 15th century).
