Darren Campo


Darren Campo served as Senior Vice President of Programming Strategy at Food Network and the Cooking Channel. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Programming, Production and Development for Tru TV, part of Time Warner’s networks portfolio including HBO, CNN, TBS and TNT. Prior to these roles, he worked in various positions at Court TV and CBS.

Campo is an adjunct professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business where he teaches in the Entertainment, Media and Technology Program.

Darren Campo is the author of the bestselling Alex Detail science fiction series. His novels include Alex Detail’s Revolution, Alex Detail’s Rebellion, Disappearing Spell andStingers. He’s been interviewed on various NBC, ABC, and CBS programs, FoxNews.com and The Guardian UK. Alex Detail’s Revolution was featured in the celebrity gift bags at FOX’s Teen Choice Awards, while Stingers was also featured in the Teen Choice Awards Backstage Celebrity Gift Suite.
