Patricia Peyton

Patricia Peyton has dedicated her 30+ year consulting career to helping people, teams, and organizations reach their next level of excellence and improve business results. After serving as Chief Design Officer for a leading global sales training company, she co-founded Sphere International which provides consulting, training, and coaching in the areas of leadership, sales, and communications. In 2012, Pat joined Companies in Motion as Director. She has since co-authored the book Physical Intelligence: Harness Your Body’s Untapped Intelligence to Achieve More, Stress Less and Live More Happily (Simon & Schuster, 2020) with company founder Claire Dale. It has already been translated into a half dozen languages.

Throughout her career, Pat has partnered with many of the world’s leading organizations including Google, Facebook, Cisco Systems, Shell Oil, Liberty Mutual, Tiffany and Co, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, Johnson and Johnson, Hewlett Packard, MetLife, and FedEx.  For Companies in Motion, she has created and delivered workshops on physical intelligence at such companies as J.P. Morgan, Bank of New York, BAE Systems, and Mars.

Pat has a degree in Organizational Behavior from Boston’s Emerson College, where she currently sits on the Board of Trustees, and has completed postgraduate work in organizational communication and international business. She also has a background in dance, voice, and stage performance, including professional voice over work.  She divides her time between Scottsdale, AZ and Philadelphia, PA.
